A small villa from the late 20s of the last century, profoundly altered several times over the course of the decades following the second post-war period, was the object of this typological and stylistic restoration project that led to the restoration of a coherent, albeit interpretative facies, of the building.

Work was carried out on the axes of the interior doors, on the staircase and on the jardin d'hiver in which magnificent liberty glass windows were recovered from a brocante. The main door is also antique, as is the railing of the staircase, which is a magnificent wrought iron artifact. Designed floors, cornices, stuccos and boiseries complete the rooms destined to collect a splendid collection of period furnishings with discretion.
